Projects

Collabase Projects board view Projects is the task and project management app built into every Collabase Space. It combines a flexible kanban board, sprint planning, queue-based helpdesk workflows, SLA tracking, and a full task history — all connected to Docs, Test Management, Automation, and the Registry.

How Projects is organized

Every Space can have multiple Projects. Each Project is a self-contained workspace with its own workflow, task types, members, and settings.

Tasks

The fundamental unit. Every piece of work is a task — it has a status, type, assignee, priority, due date, checklists, comments, and a full change history.

Sprints

Time-box work into sprints. Move tasks into a sprint, set start and end dates, and track velocity across sprint reviews.

Queues

Organize tasks into named queues — ideal for support teams, review pipelines, or any multi-stage triage process.

SLA Policies

Set response and resolution time targets per priority level. Collabase tracks breaches automatically.

Custom Workflows

Define your own task statuses, transitions, and task types to match how your team actually works.

Customer Portal

Give external customers a branded view into their tickets — no Collabase account required.

Views

Projects supports multiple task views. Switch between them from the view toggle in the top-right of the board.
