Intranet

The feed
The Intranet feed is accessible from the main navigation, outside of any individual Space. It shows blog posts from all Spaces you have access to, ordered by publish date — newest first. You do not need to navigate to individual Spaces to find content. Everything published to the Intranet surfaces here automatically, filtered to what you are permitted to see.Announcements
Announcements are pinned blog posts that stay prominently visible at the top of the feed. Use them for time-sensitive company-wide communication — new policies, major releases, or anything the whole organisation needs to notice. To pin a post, open its context menu and select Pin to Intranet. To unpin it, open the same menu and select Unpin from Intranet. Archived posts are removed from the feed entirely but remain accessible in the Space where they were created.Permission model
The Intranet feed respects Space visibility — you see posts from Spaces you have access to, and nothing else.| Space visibility | Who sees the posts in the feed |
|---|---|
PRIVATE | Only members of that Space |
INTERNAL | All logged-in users across the organisation |
There is no separate permission model for the Intranet. Access is determined entirely by Space membership and Space visibility settings.
